The BRASS reservoir adds beauty to this Deep and remains warm so the Ghee in-side remains in melted condition even during winter season. Another Plus feature of the Akhand Deep is a NON RETURN VALVE mechanism which is fitted at the bottom of Ghee container, which prevents excess Ghee to come out from the container, and at the same time also ensures that the required flow of Ghee for burning the Deep Jyoti never stops. When the Ghee container is taken out of the Akhand Deep for Re-filling, Not a single Drop of Ghee will come out through this valve / outlet, which avoids spillage of Ghee and helps maintaining cleanliness of the place.
